These workouts are a suggestion and guide only, any exercise undertaken is at your own risk.
If you have a pre-existing injury or health conditions, please seek medical advice prior to doing the class.
Remember, if you are unable to attend the ‘Live’ session at 9:15am they will be available to do later.
We also have plenty of classes in the archives from our last lockdown which includes our weekly WOW (workout of the week), Mystery Monday, Yoga, HIIT, Barre and Tabata.

Here at Optima Health & Fitness we have a huge variety of classes suited to all styles of training and fitness levels with our awesome, motivating instructors and lots of different times to suit your life.
Our classes include Les Mills classes including , BodyPump and BodyBalance. Freestyle classes including TRX, Kettlebells, HIIT, Boxing, Core Attack, Cycle, Cycle Express, strong>Functional Fusion, Barre, Yoga, Pilates and Light, Low and Toned.
During December and the first week of January we have a reduced timetable. In the second week of January most classes are brought back, with our full timetable resuming Tuesday 29 January 2019 after the Australia Day public holiday.
Reminder that we do not run classes on public holidays. If you wish to come in and do a workout on these days, just purchase a 24/7 key tag from Reception during staffed hours.
Please be aware that at Optima Health and Fitness does NOT allow members into classes once it has completed the warm up. This is for all of the participants’ safety. It is at the discretion of the instructor as so which part of the warm-up he/she will allow latecomers entry. After warm up is completed, NO ONE is allowed to join so please do not attempt to enter as refusal may offend.
