With Covid restrictions being eased we are now back to full capacity in all of our classes. PLEASE NOTE: bookings must still be made online for all Cycle classes. All other classes in the Revolution and Group Fitness Studios no longer need to be booked.
Please ensure you bring your own mat, towel and water bottle to each class and arrive at least five minutes prior to class commencing.
If you are unable to get into a class remember we have our ‘Live’ sessions on Instagram which you can do at home. We have about 8 months worth now since so lots to choose from.

Here at Optima Health & Fitness we have a huge variety of classes suited to all styles of training and fitness levels with our awesome, motivating instructors and lots of different times to suit your life.
Our classes include BodyPump, TRX, HIIT, Core, Stretch, Cycle, Functional training, Boxing, Barre, Yoga, Yogalates, Pilates and Light, Low & Toned and more.
In the last couple of weeks in December and the first week of January we offer a reduced timetable. In the second week of January most classes are brought back, with our full timetable resuming after the Australia Day public holiday.
Reminder that we do not run classes on public holidays. If you wish to come in and do a workout on these days, just purchase a 24/7 key tag from Reception during staffed hours.
Please be aware that Optima Health and Fitness does NOT allow members into classes once it has completed the warm up. This is for all of the participants’ safety. It is at the discretion of the instructor which part of the warm up he/she will allow latecomers entry.
After warm up is completed, NO ONE is allowed to join so please do not attempt to enter as refusal may offend.
No warm up, no entry, no exception.
