As always all memberships will be automatically suspended during the lockdown and reactivated when we are given the green light to re-open from the government.

Regulations when gym is in operation:

Please ensure as well as tapping in with your membership tag that you sign in on the QR code as well with your phone.

ALL GROUP FITNESS CLASSES ARE BY BOOKING ONLY. Please book through our website. Bookings can be made two days prior to class only.

No bookings required for your own workout at this stage, if numbers exceed capacity as per restrictions a booking system will be put in place for workouts as well. We will be closely monitoring covid safety regulations and ensuring we do not exceed capacity.

Please ensure you clean all equipment before and after use and wash your hands and adhere to social distancing regulations.

Staff, instructors and members must wear a face mask in the gym, except when engaging in strenuous exercise or where health and other exemptions apply.

Membership Tags

Please be aware we will be phasing out staffed hour membership tags as all members need to transition to the 24/7 access fob. We have a discounted rate for all current members if purchased before the end of August. Please see the Reception staff to purchase your 24/7 access fob. Thank you for your understanding.
