Here at Optima Health & Fitness we have a huge variety of classes suited to all styles of training and fitness levels with our awesome, motivating instructors and lots of different times to suit your life.
Our classes include the awesome Metafit program. Les Mills classes including BodyCombat, BodyPump and BodyBalance. Freestyle classes including TRX, Kettlebells, Tabata, Body Blitz, Boxing, Core Attack, Cycle, Functional Fusion, New Body, Yoga, Pilates and Light, Low and Toned.
Our 8 Week Team Challenge wrapped up this week with tremendous results. All participants saw a drop in weight & centimetres as well as body fat. As well as this every single participant bettered their results between the Fit Tests held in Weeks 1 & 8. A very happy group of participants who are already asking when the next one will be! All this through eating healthy, nutritional food and adding the Exercise Challenge into their weekly exercise regime. Watch this space for information on the next one!
Please be aware that at Optima Health and Fitness does NOT allow members into classes once it has completed the warm up. This is for all of the participants’ safety. It is at the discretion of the instructor as so which part of the warm-up he/she will allow latecomers entry. After warm up is completed, NO ONE is allowed to join so please do not attempt to enter as refusal may offend.
